Conditions for Eligibility
Young Professionals with the OPEC Fund are required to:
- be a citizen of an OPEC Fund Member Country.
- at the time of application, be 30 years of age or younger.
- possess at least a Master’s degree from an accredited university.
- Display exemplary academic accomplishment.
- to speak English well.
- It is desirable to be fluent in at least one other language.
- possess at least three years of professional experience.
- Become an expert in a field that is related to the work of the OPEC Fund, such as Engineering, economics, finance, business administration, IT, law, human resources, and any other applicable discipline.
- Possess the ability to function in a multicultural, international organization.
- Understand the purpose of the OPEC Fund.
- Display a Readiness to Serve the OPEC Fund for a Minimum of Two Years After Program Completion, Should You Be Selected.
