In order to apply for the Melodic Soloing Guitar Scholarship Programme, applicants must meet certain requirements. These requirements include the following:
- Applicants must be registered full-time and maintain at least 12 units throughout the duration of the scholarship. Failure to do so may result in termination of the grant.
- Scholarships are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned to another individual, program, or start date beyond the original award date.
- Only currently enrolled or recently accepted AA guitar students are eligible to apply.
- Both international students and U.S. citizens are eligible to apply.
- The scholarship is only applicable to the Associate of Arts in Performance Guitar program and cannot be applied to the Certificate, MI Select, or Bachelor’s degree programs.
- Applicants who have previously received this scholarship are not eligible to apply again.

- Ensure that you upload all the required documents including your CV/Resume
- The required documents should include a YouTube video that showcases your excellent performance as an instrumental melodic soloist on electric and/or acoustic guitar.

- Candidates must also provide evidence of three live performances either as a group or duo.
