Over 200,000 brand new laptops to be given to teachers – Deputy Minister for Education

Honorable John Ntim Fordjour who is the current Deputy Minister for Education, says the  Akufo-Addo government as promised in due course will start the distribution of over 280,000 brand new laptops to some teachers across all the country to help facilitate teaching and learning.

A Forum held in Accra to mark the 90th-anniversary celebration of GNAT monitored by Tertiary Ghana Rev Ntim Fordjour indicated that the state-of-the-art laptops will be given to the teachers on a cost-sharing basis.

Rev Ntim Fordjour further assured that the Ministry of Education has also initiated steps to resolve outstanding concerns of teachers relating to promotion, upgrades, and allowances.
