What Is A Building Permit?
A building permit is described as “a written permission authorizing a person or company to carry out development in accordance with the conditions specified in the permit” by the Metropolitan of Ghana. How To Apply For A Building Permit In Ghana
The following are the procedures you need to follow to acquire a building permit from the local government;
1. Submission of application to the secretariat of Statutory.

A decision is then issued by the SPC to the applicant. Building permit certificates are prepared and endorsed by both the SPC and the works engineer for the applicant if approved. At this point, all fees must be paid.
8. Development Permit Issuance
At this stage, the applicant will know whether the building has been approved or rejected. If approved, the applicant receives a building permit in Ghana.

9. Appealing And Resubmission Of Application
