Conditions for Eligibility
- Degree – Use our Degree Matcher to find out which career tracks you can choose in the Shell Graduate Scholarship Programme based on your qualifications, as well as the job areas within Shell you are most interested in.
- Year of study- You must be in your final year of study or have graduated from a recognized university to be eligible for the Shell Graduate Programme.
- Academic records – While there are no precise grade criteria, we do expect candidates to have a strong academic background.

Fill out your application online.
Step 1: Following the submission of your application, you will be required to complete four online game-based exams.
Stage 2: Final Evaluation. This is the final round of evaluation, which comprises a live online session with two Shell professionals.
