Checks revealed that the update already circulated on the 2022/2023 admission list release date has been withheld and awaiting government response on the need of Teachers Association of Colleges of Education in Ghana, CETAG
Changes
Per the information made available earlier by PRINCOF on the roadmap for Colleges of Education (CoE), November 30, 2022 was scheduled for the Close of Application process.
December 5, 2022 was scheduled for Displaying names of 1st Batch Qualified Applicants.
December 16, 2022 for the payment of admission fees by the 1st Batch Qualified Applicants (Deadline).
December 19, 2022 was also scheduled for Displaying names of 2nd Batch Qualified applicants.
What caused the delay in 2022 college of education admission
The delay in issuing the 2022/2023 admission list for Faculties of Education has been attributed to the inability of the government to meet the necessary CETAG needs.
CETAG has submitted to the government a proposal that includes a year-round allowance and other money expected to be paid.
When the roadmap is distorted, the 2022/2023 academic year will also be pushed forward or a few weeks in order to meet the initial scheduled term plans.
