Deadline for Spring 2023 applications at Ohio State University

The University of Ohio State (OSU) Online Admissions Application for 2023 will be available on August 1, 2022. Spring’s closing date or deadline is October 15, 2022.

As a result, anyone interested in attending Ohio State University (OSU) in the Spring of 2023 must apply now.

To be considered for admission to Ohio State University for the spring of 2023, all items must be received in the Undergraduate Admissions office by the deadline specified. Students who miss the deadline may be considered for the following term.

• Please keep in mind that the application deadlines listed apply to ALL Ohio State campuses.
• Furthermore, the application deadlines listed below are only for students currently enrolled in a public school district or a charter school.

Ohio State University (OSU) Spring Semester 2023 Application.

• Dates of Study: 9 January – 9 May 2023

• The deadline for applications is October 15, 2022.

This deadline applies to all applications, high school transcripts or middle school grade cards, and school information forms.

How to Apply at Ohio State University (OSU) for 2023

All students must submit the online application and accompanying materials by the deadline (see “Dates and Deadlines” below) in order to be considered for admission to the Academy program.

Applicants should follow the steps below to apply to Ohio State University for the spring semester of 2023:

• Go to www.osu.edu to learn more about Ohio University.
• At the top of the page, select the “Future Students” tab.
• Then, choose your level of qualification (Undergraduate, Graduate, Professional)
• Then, press the “Apply” button.
• Then, select one of the options below (Freshmen – Columbus, Freshmen – Regional, Transfer students, International freshmen, International transfer students, Veterans, DACA students or any Additional types of applicants)

Follow the application process instructions.

• Submit your test results by the application deadline.
• You must be aware of the deadlines (Early-Action). If you meet the early action deadline, you will receive an admission decision by the end of January.
• Then, apply online using the “Common Application,” which will be available on August 1.
• Submit the necessary materials.
• Fill out and submit your application for consideration.

Your username and password must be activated after you submit your application.

You will receive an email from Ohio University acknowledging receipt of your application within five days of applying, which will include your OSU ID and Ohio State username (Lastname).

Follow the instructions in the email that was sent to you to activate your Ohio State username (Lastname). You will now have access to your Applicant Center, where you can check the status of your application.

To check or track the status of your application at Ohio State University (OSU), follow the steps below:

• Navigate to your Applicant Center.
• A link to Application Status can be found on the left under Admissions.
• Click on that link to see the status of your application and all requirements.
• All required application materials must be received by Ohio State by the application deadline.

After admission into Ohio State University

Following your admission, you will receive the message “Congratulations, you’re a Buckeye!” Over the next few weeks, you will receive the following items:

1. A letter of introduction from the college or university where you are enrolled.
2. If you were awarded a university merit scholarship, you will receive a scholarship letter.
3. Accepted students will receive email invitations to events.
