How to Apply for International Breweries Apprenticeship Scheme Programme

- There is an opportunity to participate in the Apprenticeship Program.
- The program is structured to span 18 – 20 months, aiming to develop technical skills and provide experience for Ordinary National Diploma (OND) students. It also familiarizes them with the company culture and principles.
- Upon completion of the program, individuals should be capable of taking on immediate responsibilities within a designated area.
- The program emphasizes hands-on, self-study, and a comprehensive understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Controls & Automation/Mechatronics knowledge across the company’s 4 Breweries in Nigeria.
- Participants will be involved in projects in the Packaging, Brewing, and Utilities departments as required.
- Acquiring an in-depth knowledge of the company’s Management System (VPO) is essential.
- Developing problem-solving competencies using tools and systems stipulated by the management pillar block.
- Diagnosis and troubleshooting of systemic and situational problems.
- Communicating learnings and solutions across various levels of the business.
- Demonstrating exceptional teamwork abilities.
- Having an autonomous mindset.
Requirements for International Breweries Apprenticeship Scheme Programme
- Minimum qualification of OND in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
- Training from a Technical & Industrial Institution is an added advantage.
- Age requirement: Candidates should be between 18 to 24 years old.
Additional Important Information
- The apprentice position is a permanent role on band XI-B.
- Emphasis on hands-on activities and On-The-Job (OTJ) training.
- Assessments will be conducted.
- Upon successful completion of the program, candidates will be posted to locations based on business needs.
