Position Description
- Manage the stock of office supplies and place orders
- Prepare regular expense reports and office budgets.
- Updating and maintaining company databases
- Set up a filing system for critical and confidential company documents.
- Respond to employee and customer inquiries
- As needed, update office policies.
- Keep a company calendar and make appointments.
- Reserve meeting rooms as needed.
- Send and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Solid understanding of office procedures
- Knowledge of office management software such as Microsoft Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
- Strong organizational skills and a problem-solving attitude are required.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Pay close attention to the details.
- Diploma or Higher National Diploma
