Position Description

  1. Manage the stock of office supplies and place orders
  2. Prepare regular expense reports and office budgets.
  3. Updating and maintaining company databases
  4. Set up a filing system for critical and confidential company documents.
  5. Respond to employee and customer inquiries
  6. As needed, update office policies.
  7. Keep a company calendar and make appointments.
  8. Reserve meeting rooms as needed.
  9. Send and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)

Qualifications and Experience Required

  1. Solid understanding of office procedures
  2. Knowledge of office management software such as Microsoft Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  3. Strong organizational skills and a problem-solving attitude are required.
  4. Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
  5. Pay close attention to the details.
  6. Diploma or Higher National Diploma
