This is a reminder that students in the 100 and 200 Levels who have not yet completed their Bio-Data forms for the production of identity cards should submit to the Student Affairs Office by Friday, February 26, 2021, at the latest.
Such a student would not be permitted to sit for the upcoming second semester exam for the academic year 2019–2020 if they failed to comply.
