To be clear, candidates with PASS grades at any level in their undergraduate or graduate degrees, PGDs, HNDs, or ONDs are ineligible for admission to PhD, Master’s, or PGD programs. A CGPA of less than 2.50 disqualifies a candidate for a diploma from admission to master’s degree programs.

A N2000.00 examination fee will be paid in addition to the cost of Postgraduate application forms where an examination is necessary, as in the cases of (ii) and (iii) above.

The Postgraduate School Board has the last say in all admissions proceedings when it comes to qualified applicants. Applicants having backgrounds in science are typically taken into consideration.

In addition to research work components, all Master’s degree programs need classroom work components. There isn’t a loophole. For a student to be eligible and graduate, a thesis must be successfully defended and submitted.
